Sorenson Broadcasting Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust Seeks Exemptions from Labor and IRS Regulations

Sorenson Broadcasting has submitted a proposal to the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service seeking exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
