Aetna and UBS Realty Seek Exemption for Real Estate Investment Transactions

Aetna Life Insurance Company and UBS Realty Investors LLC have submitted a proposed exemption to the Department of Labor to avoid prohibited transaction restrictions on sharing real estate investments among their accounts, including Aetna's general account and ERISA-covered accounts.
