DOL Withdraws 2020 Labor Organization Annual Financial Report Rule

The Department of Labor proposes to rescind the 2020 Form T-1 rule, which required labor organizations to file annual reports about trusts in which they have an interest, due to concerns that the reporting requirements are overly broad and not necessary to prevent circumvention of labor laws.
