US Department of Labor Grants Exemptions to Sorensen Broadcasting Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust
The US Department of Labor has issued exemptions to the Sorensen Broadcasting Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust, allowing it to avoid certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
