SBA to Refund 42 Small Business Development Centers' Applications Subject to Intergovernmental Review

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is notifying the public that it plans to reimburse 42 existing Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) by January 1, 2006, pending intergovernmental review and subject to available funds, excluding applications from 14 states not participating in EO 12372.
