SBA Grants Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Commercial Refrigerator Equipment

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is waiving the Nonmanufacturer Rule for Commercial Refrigerator Equipment, allowing qualified regular dealers to supply products from any domestic manufacturer on federal contracts set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program.
