U.S. Small Business Administration Grants Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is waiving the Nonmanufacturer Rule for small businesses in the Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing industry, allowing qualified regular dealers to supply products from any domestic manufacturer on federal contracts set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program.
