FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Mortgage Disclosure Study Information Collection Requirements

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its Mortgage Disclosure Study until December 31, 2006, after initially expiring on November 30, 2004. The FTC submitted its request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the PRA.
