Delegation of Authority to Respond to Requests from Mexico's Profeco
The Federal Trade Commission has granted authority to its Associate Director for International Consumer Protection to respond to requests from Mexico's Profeco regarding disclosure and other inquiries, following a memorandum of understanding between the two organizations.
