FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for information collection requirements under the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA) until November 30, 2008, following a previous short-term extension granted by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) until December 30, 2005.
