Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Confined Spaces in Construction

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-sponsored information collection request for the collection of data on confined spaces in construction, which must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
