Office of the Inspector General; Privacy Act; Implementation Proposal by DoD

The Office of the Inspector General, DoD (OIG, DoD), is proposing to exempt the Congressional Correspondence Tracking System from certain privacy regulations, allowing for the inclusion of exempt materials from other systems of records. This exemption is necessary to handle cases where exempt materials from other systems are incorporated into the case records in the system.
