Navy Amends Certifications and Exemptions Under International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972

The US Navy has amended its certifications and exemptions under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, to exempt the USS Theodore Roosevelt, a naval aircraft carrier, from certain provisions due to its unique construction and purpose, in order to prevent interference with its operations.
