USDA Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Shawnee National Forest Trails Designation Project

The USDA Forest Service plans to assess the environmental effects of expanding hiking and horseback riding trails in four watersheds within Shawnee National Forest, Illinois, and limiting equestrian access to designated trails.
