HRSA Announces $33 Million in Grants for Abstinence Education to Adolescents

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is offering approximately $33 million in fiscal year 2004 funds for competitive grants to provide abstinence education to adolescents. The grants will be awarded to public and private entities that develop and/or provide abstinence programs consistent with the Social Security Act definition of abstinence education.
