FCC Proposes Updates to Rules for Unlicensed Devices and Equipment Approval

The Federal Communications Commission is reviewing and updating certain rules to promote more efficient sharing of spectrum used by unlicensed devices and remove unnecessary regulations, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency of its rules.
