CSX Transportation, Inc. Granted Exemption to Lease and Operate Rail Line from Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad, Inc.

The Surface Transportation Board has granted Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad, Inc., a Class II railroad, exemption from prior approval requirements to lease and operate a 40.8-mile rail line from CSX Transportation, Inc.
