Government Securities Act Regulations: Protection of Customer Securities and Balances

The US Department of the Treasury is publishing a proposed amendment to customer protection rules under the Government Securities Act of 1986, allowing registered government securities brokers and dealers to pledge more collateral when borrowing securities from customers.
