EPA Approves Revisions to Indiana's Oxides of Nitrogen Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Indiana's oxides of nitrogen budget trading program plan, which includes changes to the state's implementation plan and budget, effective November 8, 2001, and a compliance date change to accommodate revised deadlines.
