New Mexico Environment Department Submits Updated Regulations for Delegation of EPA Authority for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The New Mexico Environment Department has submitted updated regulations for receiving delegation of EPA authority for implementation and enforcement of New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, with certain exceptions for Bernalillo County and Indian Country.
