MMS Modifies Requirements for Outer Continental Shelf Rights and Easements

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is revising rules governing rights-of-use and easements, as well as pipeline rights-of-way on the Outer Continental Shelf, to increase rental rates and establish new rental structures, in response to requests from lessees and pipeline right-of-way holders to use larger areas for accessory structures.
