EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Adhesives and Sealants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from adhesives and sealants, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
