EPA Raises Environmental Concerns Over Proposed Timber and Brush Projects in Idaho
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed environmental concerns regarding potential impacts on water quality and wildlife for two proposed projects: the Twin Creek Timber Sale Project and the Mission Brush Project. The EPA has conducted limited reviews of these projects, and while it does not foresee objections to the Twin Creek project, it has raised concerns about the Mission Brush project, citing potential impacts on water quality, invasive species, biodiversity, and cumulative impacts.
