Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Input on Proposed Changes to Recreation Plan for Hydroelectric Project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued a notice requesting public comments on a proposed modification to the recreation plan for the St. Lawrence Power Development's (SLDP) hydroelectric project, which is located on the St. Lawrence River. The commission is also soliciting motions to intervene and protests from interested parties.
