Medicare Prescription Drug Discount Card Program: Eligibility and Enrollment Period

The Medicare Prescription Drug Discount Card program allows eligible Medicare beneficiaries to access discounted prescription drug prices through endorsed sponsors, with enrollment available from 6 months after the 2003 act's enactment to December 31, 2005, and a transition period until the start of Medicare Part D coverage.
