DoD Issues Final Rule on Payment Withholding in DFARS

The Department of Defense has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to provide additional flexibility when determining the need to withhold payments under certain contracts, clarifying that timely contractors may not need to have payments withheld.
