DoD Adopts Final Rule for Electronic Payment Requests Under DFARS

The Department of Defense has finalized, with changes, an interim rule requiring contractors to submit and the DoD to process payment requests in electronic form, as mandated by Section 1008 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001.
