Nasdaq Industry Group Extends Reporting Plan for Unlisted Securities for One Year

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., along with several major exchanges, has submitted a Joint Industry Plan to extend the operation of a reporting plan for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges with unlisted trading privilege for an additional year.
