EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey's Enhanced I/M Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to New Jersey's Motor Vehicle Enhanced Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program, which includes changes to the state's On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) program, to ensure consistency with federal regulations and improve program performance.
