Removal of Cottonseed Chemist Licensing Program, Updating of Commodity Laboratory and Office Addresses, and Adoption of Information Symbols

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating its regulations by removing the cottonseed chemist licensing program and the related cottonseed grading program, updating laboratory addresses, and adopting new information symbols to indicate AMS testing.
