U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Announces Availability of Final Document for U.S.-Mexico Border 2012 Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has made the 'Border 2012: U.S.-Mexico Environmental Program' Framework Document available for public review, a 10-year binational environmental program aimed at protecting public health and the environment along the U.S.-Mexico border.
