Notice of Postponement of Preliminary Antidumping Duty Determinations for Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide from Australia, Greece, Ireland, Japan, and South Africa

The US Department of Commerce is delaying the preliminary determinations for an investigation into the import of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide from five countries, originally set for January 7, 2004, to no later than February 26, 2004.
