EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Polar Star Superfund Site in California

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with Desert Star Group, Inc. and Tuli P. Haromy to clean up the Polar Star Superfund Removal Site in Dutch Flat, California, requiring the sale of properties and payment of 95% of net proceeds to the EPA's Hazardous Substance Superfund.
