USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Exempts Marrowbone Creek Watershed Dam No. 1 from Environmental Impact Statement

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, a division of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Marrowbone Creek Watershed Dam No. 1 in Henry County, Virginia, due to exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
