Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Accepts Application for Filing and Requests Public Comments on Proposed Project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted an application for filing and is soliciting public comments on a proposed project. The commission is also inviting motions to intervene and protests from interested parties.
