CDC Seeks Pharmaceutical Companies to Develop Microbicides to Prevent HIV Transmission

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking pharmaceutical companies to collaborate on the development of topical microbicides to prevent the sexual transmission of HIV, with the goal of accelerating the identification and commercialization of effective products.
