EPA Proposes Approval of Connecticut's Revised Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets Under Clean Air Act
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Connecticut's revised motor vehicle emissions budgets for 2005 and 2007 to meet the national air quality standards for ground-level ozone. The EPA is using the MOBILE6.2 model to calculate the emissions budgets for the Connecticut portion of the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island nonattainment area and the Greater Connecticut nonattainment area.
