EPA Seeks Initial Proposals for Water Quality Cooperative Agreements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting initial proposals from eligible entities for funding under the Clean Water Act, with an estimated $3.5 million to be awarded for innovative projects addressing storm water, combined sewer overflows, and non-traditional pollution problems in priority watersheds.
