SEC Adopts Interim Policy on Disclosure of Closed Enforcement and Related Files

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting an interim policy to make certain closed enforcement files and related records publicly available, with plans to conduct a formal rulemaking process in 2004 to finalize the policy.
