VA Revises Disciplinary Appeals Board Procedures

The Department of Veterans Affairs is revising its Employee/Management Relations policy to expand the authority of the Deputy Under Secretary for Health to make decisions on disciplinary appeals, and to clarify the process for handling appeals to the Disciplinary Appeals Board. The revised policy is now available for public review and comment.
