HUD Proposes New System of Records for FHA Loans

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is proposing a new system of records, the Single Family Neighborhood Watch Early Warning System (NW), to monitor FHA-insured loans, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974. The system will collect and analyze data on borrowers, lenders, and loan origination, including Social Security numbers and property addresses.
