EPA Proposes Delegation of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants to California Agencies

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant California air pollution control agencies the authority to implement and enforce national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants at non-major sources, as mandated by federal regulations.
