US Court Affirms Commerce Department's Decision on Canned Pineapple Fruit from Thailand

The US Court of International Trade has upheld the Department of Commerce's revised findings on the antidumping duty order for canned pineapple fruit from Thailand, following a previous court ruling and a Department of Commerce notification.
