World Radiocommunication Conferences Update Frequency Bands Above 28 MHz

The FCC amends its rules to implement decisions from several World Radiocommunication Conferences, updating frequency bands for various services, including mobile-satellite, radionavigation-satellite, and space science services, and making changes to the allocation of spectrum for the Federal government and non-Federal government operations.
