Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension (Nonprocurement) Redesignation Rule Issued by OPM

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is redesignating part 970 of the Code of Federal Regulations as part 919, with plans to relocate new regulations related to a human resources management system within the Department of Homeland Security to this new location in the near future.
