Extraordinary Challenge Committee Denies U.S. Petition on Gray Portland Cement and Clinker from Mexico

The U.S. Department of Commerce's Extraordinary Challenge Committee has denied a petition filed by the Department of Commerce on April 13, 2000, regarding the final results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on gray portland cement and clinker from Mexico, covering the period August 1, 1994, through July 31, 1995.
