NOAA to Evaluate Coastal Zone Management Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management will assess the performance of four programs: Texas Coastal Management Program, North Carolina National Estuarine Research Reserve, Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in Mississippi, and Guana/Tolomato/Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve in Florida, to ensure compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 and national objectives.
