USDA's Food and Nutrition Service Requests Public Comments on Revised Food Stamp Program Application

The USDA's Food and Nutrition Service has revised its Food Stamp Program Application for Meal Services, Form FNS-252-2, to make it easier to read and simplify information collected from meal services. The agency is soliciting public comments on the revised form and a new addendum for corporations, which will be implemented when the Store Tracking and Redemption Subsystem (STARS II) is operational in the fourth quarter of 2004.
