Aetna and UBS Realty Seek Exemption for Real Estate Investment

Aetna Life Insurance Company and UBS Realty Investors LLC have submitted an application for a prohibited transaction exemption, allowing them to invest in real estate without violating ERISA regulations, to the U.S. Department of Labor.
