Six County Association of Governments Seeks Exemption for New Rail Line in Utah

The Six County Association of Governments, representing central Utah counties, has submitted a petition to the Surface Transportation Board for authority to build and operate a 43-mile rail line between Juab and Salina, Utah, with the goal of serving Southern Utah Fuels Company's coal operations.
